Three members from the Spiro High School FCCLA chapter have qualified to compete at the National FCCLA Convention, which will be held in July in Orlando.
The qualifiers are:
Ashlyn Cox - State Champion Level 1 Career Investigation
Analia Lopez - State Champion Level 1 Leadership
Allie Ford - State Runner Up Level 2 Career Investigation
The Spiro High School FCCLA chapter also received a Gold Chapter of Excellence award and an FCS 💯 % participation award.

Congratulations to Abby Hogan!!! Mrs. Hogan has been nominated and is a finalist for the POE Excellence in Education Olan Isbell Administrator Merit Award. The winner will be announced Friday April 11th. Good luck Mrs. Hogan and thank you for everything you do for this school and community!

Spiro Lower Elementary is currently accepting teacher non requests for the 2025-2026 school year thru April 30. Please stop by the Lower Elementary office between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM to complete the form in person. Important Update for April 8th!
SHS Virtual Day: All 9th, 10th, and 12th grade students will have a virtual learning day on Tuesday, April 8th.
ACT Day: ALL 11th grade students (juniors) will report to school to take the ACT.
🥞🍳Breakfast will be provided to all juniors in the safe room starting at 7:45 am.
New Student Enrollment
The Spiro Johnson-O'Malley Parent Committee will hold its spring meeting Monday, April 14 @ 5:00 in the Elementary Library. This meeting will plan for the 2025-2026 budget.
The Indian Education Parent Committee of Spiro Public Schools will meet on Monday, April 14 @ 4:30 in the Elementary Library.
Earlier this month, Spiro Public Schools celebrated National School Breakfast Week with fun drawings and exciting events! Our first-grade students took part in a coloring contest, and we're thrilled to announce that Madilyn Long was the winner! She was awarded an art supply kit by our amazing cafeteria staff. Great job, Madilyn!
