The Health Dept. and Choctaw Nation will be teaming up together to administer flu shots to all our students and staff here on campus who would like to receive them on October 25th, 2021. If you are interested in your student getting a flu vaccination, have your child go by their building office to pick up a consent form. All forms must be turned in by Friday, October 22nd.
