The Lower Elementary is proud to announce the Teacher of the Year for 2024, Mrs. Angela Matthews. Mrs. Matthews has been teaching for 20 years, during this time she has become a shining example of professional learning and growth. She has touched the lives of countless students and their families while serving with distinction. Angela has been married to her husband, Paul Matthews, for 35 years this August. She has 3 wonderful children, 1 grand-love, Paisley Jo and 2 more grand-loves on the way. When she is not at school, Mrs. Matthews enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being outdoors enjoying God's beautiful creation.
